How about a great team, employing a great methodology, pursuing a general idea?

Perfection is always ideal, but if you find a great team player who just doesn't believe in your methodology, which do you pick?

If they're a "great team player" they don't have to believe in the methodology, but they have to agree to work within it. Unless, that is, they can sell me on a different approach.
